Cube World is my new favorite game. It is currently in Alpha, but I haven't come across many bugs. It is a RPG based on Minecraft, Legends of Zelda, and lots of other games.
There are 4 classes - Warrior, Rogue, Ranger, and Mage.
Then there are 8 races - Human, Elf, Dwarf, Orc, Goblin, Undead, Lizardman, and Frogman. The races are purely cosmetic.
You can have as many characters as you like, and as many worlds as you like
Many of the creatures you see are randomised as to whether they are Friendly (Blue health bar), Neutral (Green health bar), or Aggressive (Red health bar). Their name colour shows you their level compared to you.
White - below your level
Blue - same as you
Orange - Higher than you (avoid if aggressive)
Red - RUN!!!!
The map allows you to see everywhere you've been, and plan explorations. There are no limits to where you can go. You rotate the map by left-clicking and drag it with middle-click. you can also zoom in & out by scrolling.
There are 4 classes - Warrior, Rogue, Ranger, and Mage.
- Warrior is the 'tank' class, with two 'subclasses'- Berserker / Guardian.
- Rouge specialises in stealth attacks, the subclasses being Assassin / Ninja
- Mage, the name says it all. You cast mini tornadoes which hurt enemies. The subclasses are Fire / Water, Fire is all about hurting people, with Water you heal yourself & friends as well as hurting people.
- Ranger, you shoot people from a distance. The only problem is when enemies get too close.

Of course it gets dark sometimes, if you don't mind the dark you can use a lantern (press 'F'). But if you do, and you're near a village, you can talk to an Innkeeper, if it's between 6pm and 6am the time will be set to day.
But that's not it! You can also get pets, you tame them by getting the correct pet food. Villages sell a single type of pet food, and you can also get it as a drop from enemies. Once you have some pet food, you can either guess what it's for (really inaccurate) or look on the wiki (extremely accurate).
Let me give an example, Apple Ring. Guess what eats it.
WRONG! Whatever you guessed is extremely likely to be incorrect, unless you looked at the wiki.
It's for Crocodiles.
Cereal bar = Chicken, Waffle = Terrier, Bubblegum = Collie, Sugar Candy = Duckbill, etc.
Basically, I recommend the wiki.
